I have chosen to work with people like you for a very important reason: because I can promise you that growth and change will happen, and it will be remarkable.

”People like you” means you had difficulties surrounding you that didn’t always make sense, an unwavering sturdy center (that also didn’t make sense), and a determination to make it all make sense.

Somehow, you showed up here today, with me, and I couldn’t be more honored to do this work with you. I am eager to show you that you have always followed the light inside of you (however dim it was at times). Despite how lonely it can feel in moments, this work will teach you that you are less alone in the world than you realize.

I believe that if your mind can change through suffering, it can also change through healing.
